Community Business Partnership

Created in 1995, Community Business Partnership, CBP is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization working in collaboration with a number of local, regional, and national organizations to promote small business growth in our communities. 

Business One Stop, State of Virginia

Virginia takes its businesses very seriously and time is money. We’ve created this site to live up to its name and be a quick One-Stop source for information related to business in Virginia.

Part of our goal is to fairly and efficiently connect private businesses to the resources they need as quickly as possible and to be the best point-of-contact for changes affecting business in Virginia.

Virginia Procurement Technical Assistance Program (PTAP)

The Procurement Technical Assistance Program (PTAP) was authorized by Congress in 1985 and provides matching funds through state and local government and non-profit organizations to establish Procurement Technical Assistance Centers (PTACs) regionally dedicated to free and low-cost assistance to businesses who want to participate in the government procurement process, whether federal, state, or local. Having locally run PTACs allows for flexibility and customization of each program to the needs of area businesses.

The George Mason University Enterprise Center

The Mason Enterprise Center offers a unique combination of programs, services, and resources for entrepreneurs of all experience levels – aspiring, start-up, and established. Though we have vast capabilities in all facets of business, we are particularly focused on the areas of small business services, incubation and acceleration, government contracting, international business, entrepreneurship, technology ventures, and telework initiatives.

Mount Vernon-Lee Chamber of Commerce

Since 1954, MVLCC has been the premier business organization to represent both Lee and Mount Vernon districts in Fairfax County, Virginia. Today, more than 300 businesses belong to this organization.
