Novus Property Holdings, LLC (Cafritz Interests) submitted plans to redevelop a 5.3-acre site at the intersection of Richmond Highway and Fairview Drive. The new development will be replacing auto-orientated commercial properties, a Wendy’s, Title Max, and Tai Kwon Do studio, with 340-unit multifamily building. A rezoning application has been filed with Fairfax County but no public hearings have been scheduled. The project has been sold to Fairfield Residential.
