Approval to rezone to the PRM district to construct 385 multifamily apartments, 46 stacked townhomes, and 35 townhomes for a total development of 466 units in the Penn Daw CBC. The multifamily building is 6-7 stories tall. The project includes consolidation of 16 parcels along with the implementation of a portion of the Penn Daw CBC street network.
