About Project:

Novus Property Holdings, LLC submitted plans to redevelop a 5.3-acre site at the intersection of Richmond Highway and Fairview Drive. The new development will be replacing auto-orientated commercial properties, a Wendy’s, Title Max, and Tai Kwon Do studio, with 340-unit multifamily building. A rezoning application was approved by Fairfax County in 2017. The project was sold to Fairfield Residential who has almost completed construction on the 6-story property. Leasing should commence at the end of 2022.

Recent Developments:

Approval to rezone a 5.29-acre site from the R-4 and C-8 Districts to the PRM District to permit up to 375 multi-family dwelling units. The site plan is under review.
