Baywood Hotels opened a 92-room TownPlace Suites, an extended stay property, at the corner of Richmond Highway and Woodlawn Court, adjacent to the Woodlawn Shopping Center. Baywood’s rezoning application was approved by the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors in July 2012.
