This 1.33-acre site, located at 2923 East Lee Avenue (formerly 6925 Richmond Highway), was originally planned by the property owner to become City View Brewhouse. (The property owner operates Del Ray Pizzeria and DRP in Belle Haven.) However, the brewing aspect proved too expensive.
The 6,000 square foot commercial building, which may house a restaurant and/or different retail uses, contains spaces ranging from 1,200 to 2,400 square feet, at triple net rent of $40 to $42 per square foot.
Previously, the City View site was the location of a Dairy Queen in the 1970s and 1980s and an Al’s Ice Cream thereafter. Ultimately Al’s closed and the structure was demolished, leaving the lot vacant.
