The site contains 10,000 square feet of ground-level retail, with plans for a 50,000 square-foot office building, the construction of which has been postponed indefinitely. Retail has been slow to lease on the property (likely due to its proximity to Beacon Mall), with a mattress store as the only tenant. Bonchon Korean Barbecue expects to open in late summer 2017.
