The Parker at Huntington developed and owned by MRP Realty, was delivered at the end of 2015. The Parker consists of a five-story apartment building, 360 units, 365,000 square feet, on six acres across the street from Huntington Metro Station.
The Parker also contains two courtyards, a lounge, a two-floor fitness center, a pool, a dog washing room, and an outdoor walking area, as well as a trail tracing the contours of Cameron Run (to the rear of The Parker).
Additional plans for The Parker call for a 150 key hotel and 250,000 square foot office building.
