The Fairfax County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously in favor of WashREIT’s plan to add five new building’s and a park to the Riverside Apartments complex. Additionally, WashREIT plans to refurbish the three existing apartment towers, and will connect the planned park to the existing park along Cameron Run, creating a trail spanning the length of Huntington Avenue.
