Chalkful of Flowers
An opportunity to be Creative on the Corridor. Help us add some color to the new parklette space at Mount Vernon Plaza. We will have artists on hand to teach your family how to make special upcycled flowers that will help create a flower garden and wall at the site!
We will also have spaces for kids and adults to paint with chalk and help create a one of a kind mural!
We have a very special electric violin performance by Charles ‘Bliss the Violinist’ Tolbert that you don’t want to miss!
Come to hang out with friends, family, and your community while getting artsy at our first Chalkful of Flowers event!
Plenty of restaurants nearby so come hungry and get your creative juices flowing!

*For those who have not seen or heard of the parklette yet, it is a new community space within Mount Vernon Plaza Shopping Center. The space is located behind the Capital Chicken Restaurant directly in the middle of the center. Click here for more info on the parklette.
